The History of the Señor Valdézar Brand

In 1937, during the tragic and heroic Spanish Civil War, a Russian officer named Filip Matveenkov arrived on Spanish soil. He was not seeking glory nor following orders—he came by the call of his heart, to stand with the common people, defending Spain from fascism, from the pain and destruction that threatened its soul.

In one of the small rural towns, among vineyards and the scents of dry earth, Filip found something greater than duty—love. A girl named Lucía, with whom he shared a brief but radiant happiness. Their story was cut short by the war. Filip was forced to return to the Soviet Union, but his heart remained forever under the Spanish sun.

Decades Passed.

And so, 80 years later, his grandson—Vladislav Matveenkov, inspired by family stories and the call of blood, returned to Spain. He found the same land where his grandfather once walked. The same vineyards. The same wind.

This is how the Señor Valdézar brand was born—not just a wine, but a memory, a story, and an emotion passed down through generations.

The purpose of Señor Valdézar wine is not just to quench thirst, but to deliver an experience:
- the feeling of Spanish luxury,
- the taste of love and honor,
- and, most importantly, quality accessible to everyone.

This wine is for everyone who values tradition, for those seeking not just a drink, but a story in a glass. Señor Valdézar is Spain in its purest form. It is gratitude. It is love turned into taste.
